DELIVERY INFORMATION & RETURNS POLICY

  • We aim to package and ship all items (that are in stock) within 1-4 days. If items are custom made shipping will be within 7 days of delivery.
  • We do not post out on a Saturday or Sunday.
  • Our basic UK postage cost which is added at checkout is £3.00.  Free UK delivery will be applied for orders of £75 or more.  All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
  • Our standard International postage cost which is added at checkout is £12 with each additional product adding £1.
  • We also offer a free collection service where customers can collect orders from our Wadebridge shop – Impress51, from Monday to Saturday. If you would like to do this please email us at art@carolinenew.co.uk to arrange a time for collection.
  • Original artworks are only available for pickup or special delivery to be arranged by email. 
  • Each parcel is fully tracked so that you can keep an eye on your delivery.
  • We aim to wrap and package items as safely as possible but do have to rely on our couriers to handle the products carefully.  In the rare occasion that your items have arrived damaged or faulty, please email us on art@carolinenew.co.uk along with photos of the damaged or faulty items, within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please do not return damaged or faulty items without contacting us first as we will be unable to refund any postage costs.
  • Please ensure your shipping information is correct as we can not take responsibility for items lost due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information.
